Join us for a day as you reminisce about the gentle charms of the past and get a fresh perspective on traditional Dutch practices. What started as a modest celebration of Orange City’s Dutch history in 1936 grew into the over 70-year-old Tulip Festival. Every third weekend in May, we have our yearly celebration. The renowned Festival comprises dancing and singing by kids and adults dressed in traditional Dutch costumes, two daily parades, evening musical theater, a carnival midway, excellent food, Dutch specialties, and thousands of tulips all throughout this little community. So please come and discover the Dutch at this vibrant and delightful festival alongside tens of thousands of other guests!
